It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Davide Antonio Menniti on January 12, 2021. 
He leaves in mourning his wife Lina Scafone of 57 years, his daughters Giosi (Massimo), Concetta (Tony), and the pride and joy of his life his grandchildren Anthony, Brandon, Vanessa, and Justin. He also leaves to mourn his many relatives and friends whom he had ultimate respect for.
He left his beautiful homeland, Isca  Sul Ionio, Catanzaro on September 22, 1964, and arriving in Montreal on October 4th for a better life.
His work ethic and values are what he passed on to his family. Our dad has taught us that education, hard work, and respect will always be your ultimate success.
A heartfelt thank you to The Palliative Home Care of Greater Montreal that has helped dad’s final hours be peaceful.

In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the following foundations

Jewish General Hospital Foundation

È con grande tristezza che annunciamo la scomparsa di Davide Antonio Menniti il 12 gennaio 2021.
Lascia nel dolore la moglie di 57 anni di matrimonio, Lina Scafone, le figlie Giosi (Massimo), Concetta (Tony) e l'orgoglio e la gioia della sua vita i nipoti Anthony, Brandon, Vanessa e Justin. Lascia anche in dolore i suoi numerosi parenti e amici per i quali aveva un immenso rispetto.
Ha lasciato il suo paese nativo, Isca Sul Ionio, Catanzaro il 22 settembre 1964 arrivando a Montreal il 4 ottobre per una vita migliore.
Le sue capacità lavorative e i suoi valori della famiglia sono quello che ha trasmesso alla sua famiglia. Nostro padre ci ha insegnato che la tua educazione, il lavoro e il rispetto saranno sempre il tuo successo.
Un sentito ringraziamento alla Palliative Home Care of Greater Montreal che ha aiutato le ultime ore di papà d’essere confortevole.
