Outre son épouse il laisse dans le deuil son fils Charbel Jbeily, sa soeur Nada Jbeily (Richard Khoury), ses beaux-parents Youssef Melhem et Naziha Hanna, ses beaux-frères Élie Melhem (Rhonda Sarkis), Simon Melhem (Juliana Sassin) et Georges Melhem (Jenny Habib), les familles Jbeily, Melhem, ainsi que ses neveux et nièces, que plusieurs autres parents et amis. La famille vous accueillera au Complexe funéraire Magnus Poirier, situé au 222 Boul. Des Laurentides à Laval, H7G 2T6, le mardi 4 mars 2025 de 17h à 21h, ainsi que mercredi matin dès 11h. Les funérailles seront célébrées le mercredi 5 mars 2025, à 13h en la Cathédrale Saint-Maron, située au 1000 Boul. Gouin Est (angle rue St-Charles) à Montréal. L'inhumation aura lieu à une date ultérieure, à la paroisse St-Phocas, située à Ghadir (Jounieh) au Liban. Des dons en sa mémoire à la Cathédrale Saint-Maron seraient appréciés.
In Montreal on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at the age of 53 years passed away GHASSAN JBEILY, beloved husband of Lina Melhem, and loving son of the late Youssef Jbeily and the late Mona Lteif. He will missed by his wife Lina, his son Charbel Jbeily, his sister Nada Jbeily (Richard Khoury), his in-laws Youssef Melhem and Naziha Hanna, his brothers-in-law Élie Melhem (Rhonda Sarkis), Simon Melhem (Juliana Sassin) and Georges Melhem (Jenny Habib), as well as the families Jbeily and Melhem, his nephews and nieces, several other relatives and friends. The visitation will take place at Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex, 222 blvd. Des Laurentides, Laval, on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Wednesday morning as of 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Saint Maron Cathedral, 1000 Blvd. Gouin East (angle rue St-Charles), Montreal. Burial will be held, at a later date, at Saint Phocas Church at Ghadir (Jounieh) in Lebanon. Donations in his memory may be made to Saint Maron Cathedral.
